Phoenix Asia has staff based in our offices in Hong Kong and Malaysia and on assignment on projects in the Far East and Middle East.

A brief profile of each of the Phoenix Asia Directors is provided below.

Christian is a dedicated software and software based systems professional with over 20 years experience in Rail Systems Engineering in a wide range of Communications & Control Systems including many years in Software Design and Coding, Testing, and Validation & Verification based in Hong Kong.

Christian is also qualified and experienced software metrician, and a software system saftey expert.

In the role of Technical Director, Christian's role is to develop and define, oversee and implement all of our system engineering and to provide technical consultancy services to PACL major clients.

Christian has completed an extremley diverse variety of Independent Software Assessment, Software Quality Assurance, System Design and Development assignments in Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Taiwan, China, UK, Germany, Pakistan and Malaysia.

Keith is a Chartered Engineer with 35+ years' experience in Technology Systems including applications in Railway, Metro and Oil and Gas Systems. Within the last 5 years he has worked on new Metro and Regional Rail Projects in Malaysia and the Middle East

Prior to that he was based in Hong Kong for 10 years working on KCRC & MTRC Rail projects and other communications projects for the Hong Kong Government.

Before moving to Hong Kong in 1996 he was working on a number of London Underground and British Rail projects.
